Pergolas & Pricing
 At
The Gazebo Factory, we understand each customer's tastes and needs are
different when it comes to creating the patio of their dreams. Our
pergolas and patio covers are built "made to order" using pressure
treated pine or rough cedar lumber. They can be freestanding or attached
to the house and we offer a variety of stain options. We also have
several types of covers that include slats for shade, Lexan
polycarbonate and plywood or cedar siding with shingles to match the
house.
 We
are available for home appointments in the North Texas area and our
design team also helps customers by asking them to e-mail digital photos
of their area, rough measurements and drawings. We can design and bid
your structure and give you a completion date in one or two business
days.
 Depending
on the size and other factors of your new pergola or patio cover, such
as how many posts are needed and how they are mounted to the ground,
etc... affect the final price.
Start with a $500
base price and add $15.00 per sq. ft. for pressure treated pine and
$18.00 for rough cedar. That includes staining and installation.

include Rafter Cut Styles and Stain colors.
We use only "Ready-Seal" brand wood
stains for all non-painted wood structures, unless the customers
specifies otherwise.
