Our
pavilions are defined as "free standing roof structures supported by posts in
the corners." Our standard pavilion is constructed using prime grade pressure
treated lumber and includes 6X6 posts anchored to an existing surface with 4x10
beams that support a hip roof. The 2x4 - 24" o.c. roof framing is decked using
exterior b.c. grade plywood and each pavilion is roofed with asphalt shingles to
match your house.
Using
nails that don't poke through, our pavilions have a beautiful, wood framed
ceiling. Also included is staining. We can use a semi-transparent stain in a
cedar or redwood color or a solid color stain tinted to any color.
As with our gazebos, our pavilions are measured from outside of post to outside
of post to determine the square footage. For example, a 12'x16' Pavilion = 192
sq. ft.
We start with a base price of $500 and add $20.00 per sq. ft. for pressure
treated lumber and $23.00 for rough cedar lumber. That includes staining and
installation!
Optional wood decks, which use 'posted in concrete construction,' are priced at
$10.00 per sq. ft.
Cementing longer posts into holes is $50 per hole. Cement & re-bar piers using
the Simpson metal bracket to attach the posts are $100 per pier.
Our beautiful and functional 2 tier roof is a good seller and adds
elegance
to the structure for only $400.
Add our 2x3 baluster railing or lattice panels to block out the afternoon
sun...available for $20 per linear foot.
5' High back swings are only $175.
1x6 T&G siding on roof instead of plywood add $2.50 per sq.
ft.
